After the great success of the Spin City Beginners Instructor Courses in Aerial Hoop and Pole Fitness, we are now pleased to announce the launch of our Intermediate Aerial Hoop and Pole Fitness Courses. Each course is 1 day and costs £140 - but will cover the fundamentals of intermediate classes from a range of intermediate moves and combinations to health and safety and class planning. We are also looking forward to the launch of our pole fabric courses later this year!

After the success of the Michael Jackson Showcase at our Bristol Studio - Spin City Newbury are feeling inspired and would like to invite you to our next event - the 'We Will Rock You' Showcase. Tomorrow evening, Spin City will be celebrating their fourth birthday with the 'Spin City Masked Ball Showcase' at the Redgrave Theatre, Percival Road, Clifton, Bristol. Doors open at 7pm with the show starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are £10 and will be for sale on the door, dress code is masked! Remember to arrive promptly as there will be plenty of pole related goodies on sale for you to peruse before the show!

Spin City have just launched our NEW Pole Fitness and Aerial Hoop Bibles. Handy A5 booklets, containing photos of all the moves that we teach at Spin City, a few useful hints and tips, strength and conditioning exercises, ideas for combinations of moves and space to write your own notes! Have you always wanted to teach Pole Fitness or Aerial Hoop? Unsure where to start? Spin City now offer full training to qualify you as a Pole Fitness or an Aerial Hoop Instructor. Our training is accredited by the Register of Exercise Professionals (16 REP's points per course), SkillsActive and The Pole Dance Community. Just a quick reminder that as of this Sunday the 1st of April we will be changing over to the new system at Spin City Bristol! Firstly, this means there will be NO practice session this Sunday 10-12am. Secondly - it will mean that you now need to book in all your classes directly with your instructor and also arrange payment with them directly. A full, new timetable is now up on www.spincitypolefitness.com including prices for all the classes. Look out for the new classes on the timetable too - Hula Hoop, Funktionality, Mixed Ability Pole Classes, Mixed Ability Advanced Pole Classes, Metafit, Hot Yoga, Spin Conditioning and Contemporary Dance!
