Join George and Serena for the Spin City dance and burlesque troupes. Classes cost £25 per month (direct debit) or £7.50 per class pay as you go. Zumba costs £5 per class - pay as you go.

If you have a passion for movement and choreography, and want a great cardio workout then this is the group for you! With choreography changing every three months and routines from 'Chicago', 'Fame', 'Step-Up' and Michael Jackson - get fit and have fun!!

BURLESQUE 

Join us for the ultimate Hollywood Glamour Workout! This classy, sexy, theatrical class will teach you the art of striptease through the vintage glamour of corsets, stockings, feathers and lots of red lipstick! Think Marilyn Monroe, Dita Von Teese and let us help you find your showgirl! Come with your favorite pair of heels, a twinkle in your eye and be prepared to have fun! 

ZUMBA

An easy-to-follow Latin-inspired dance fitness program. A fun, fast-paced workout, which is suitable for anyone!
